The safety and health of personnel and the protection of the environment are of primary importance to EG LNG. These commitments are essential to our wellbeing, as well as to the efficient operation of our business.
At EG LNG we recognize that the ability to do business in any community is a privilege. High HES standards will not be compromised and are guided by our comprehensive HES Policy. Further commitments to HES are underpinned by the following:
- HES management committee is a senior level committee comprised of company managers who are responsible for reviewing the overall HES performance of EG LNG, as well as establishing annual objectives and targets.
- Implementation of an HES management system comprised of fourteen (14) elements. This management system framework sets the standards to which we work, ensuring continual improvement in HES performance.
- Voluntary implementation of OSHA’s Process Safety Management (PSM), regulation designed to prevent unplanned releases of highly hazardous chemicals.
